Moe Comuzzi, Broker

Maureen “Moe” Comuzzi is a proud lifelong resident of Thunder Bay and a trusted Broker with Royal LePage Lannon Realty. Her career reflects a remarkable record of leadership and service, spanning more than three decades in automotive sales and general management, successful restaurant ownership beginning at just 21 years old, and nearly a decade delivering exceptional results in real estate.

Moe has earned recognition for her performance, including the Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award and the RE/MAX Executive 100% Club, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and client success. She is known for her skilled negotiations, her ability to create smooth transactions, and her genuine care for the people she serves—whether she’s guiding a family into their next home or helping a business owner secure a strategic investment.

Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Women’s Studies from Lakehead University, paired with industry-recognized certifications in dealership management. Moe’s passion for her community has also led her to public service roles, including running as a Federal Conservative Candidate in 2011 and 2015, and serving on the Ontario Trillium Foundation Board, where she contributed to both Finance & Audit and Policy & Governance Committees.
